Within this speculative design project, we asked our self "What if an AI working from a social media
database would take over the parenting during the formative years of their upbringing". The formative years of child's upbringing are essential to form a worldview. In these years the child learns how to think in concrete ways. This being so essential makes mistakes noticeable
through a child's life. Could the more perfect technology
use our collective opinion (collected through social media)
to raise a perfect next generation
A parenting AI
We all want the best for our child and we are suppose to
be the experts at raising a human child. Cant, we use that knowledge to get the best for our child. I would like raise a discussion about the influences of technologies within
our parent-child relationship by making a perfect AI according to society. This AI can alter itself to every situation by analyzing the visuals it encounters. From these analyses, the AI can derive multiplay filter mechanisms like hashtags and tags to find the most frequent returning action as the one to use.
3d Modeling and creative problem solver
During this project, I worked on making the 3d models during the production phase. Within this phase, I came in touch for the first time keyframe animation. I used this to make dynamic camera movements within a 3d environment. I used this into my advantage to gives a closer look at the workings of the AI (video on the right) as well as to create dramatic tension with our discussion provoking video (video on the left)
